I just flew back from Puerto Vallarta. Loved it! the beaches are beautiful and the condo's, on the beach are spectacular. Most of the high-rise buildings have a rooftop deck with Infinity pools overlooking the bay. Just beautiful! and some have private beaches for only the tenant's and their families who come and visit. Outstanding! and some of the homes are just beautiful with old Mexican design and some have Modern design. I want to go back. Also loved Guadalajara.

I thought about 250k for a unit. They are promoting location, location. I walk to Costco once a week and have watched the construction of this the past 2 years.

The views and the great shopping are very appealing. The blue in that sky is amazing, with the mountains in the background. Well, I can dream. I love these videos because they are mini mental vacations for me.

I toured this project with Taniel and it really has all the bells and whistles for those who want the best in amenities and convenience to shopping.

WAY more expensive than my condo in a prime neighborhood in a large American city. Literally more than double the cost per square foot.

I have a couple of properties in Los Angeles, Ca. That I will be selling pretty soon. I also have a nice home here. I just want a vacation home. Retired from an Auto & Home Insurance Company after 22 years. Also looking in Palm Springs, Ca.

Very expensive for a condo but then with all the amenities you would not have it for that price in the USA. Obviously these condos w8ll be bought by expats or foreigners. Most Mexicans cannot afford housing at that price. 😊😊😊

I would think with the many common areas the homeowners expense will be expensive..
