- hello guys! i apologise for the delay in video - its been a whirlwind first few weeks with training and so on but i am back! this video and the next one is a little bit more of me talking, rather than showing, but i hope you enjoy! this is my off-the-job training including traditions at disney university, bringing the magic to life class, and world exploration day/discovery day at epcot followed by my orientation day at rose and crown. see you very shortly for the next one!

What exactly is Disney university? Is it just training or actual classes? And Is it required for everyone to participate?
Hi! Disney Univeristy is just utilised for some training classes. You may never even go on your program, if they schedule you it, it might just be one day of training where you just sit and listen, but sometimes they opt to have this class held at flamingo crossings housing instead. (Short answer: yes its just training!) there are some options throughout the year to enrole in a class (not like school. like 'learning the disney magic') that seems to be 1 class over 6-8 weeks. But thats optional!
Stephen! I’m getting to know the UK CRPers and CEPers as they all seem exceptional. If I may say so some of the American college program members I’ve seen on TH-cam seem to take the job for granted more.

@@StephensJournal Is this the second or third time you’ve started a year long CRP? What are the limitations on when and how many times you can do it? (If I was Disney I would rather have a known factor like you come back instead of having to train a new person). Also if you get enough time working in the US is it possible then to get a more permanent work visa possibly leading to residency? A lot of Qs but I know someone who would like to know.

I’m considering now writing a book that has to do with the business of story telling between the UK and the US and have someone in mind to collaborate with in the UK who was a CEPer. It is possible that she could qualify for an O-1 visa eventually due to it.

yes! its called 'Flamingo Crossings Village' - i also have a video tour of the complex! rent comes out of your weekly pay every thursday :)
