I'am a bit worried when I read the Google Map Review of this place. There's a lot of complains about the management, the security, the facilities (broken, etc), and the price. What's your opinion on these things? Do you also experience these kinds of stuffs?

One of the feed backs from tanents (students) is that security guards are very rude, but situation is getting better now, they have new recruits. About price , facility and value for money, I would say that this is just ok, my rating would be 7/10. Hope this would help.
@@LymeralGaming there's laundry room at ground floor near swimming pool. You need to buy laundry card which it rechargeable. Fees is 6-8 RM for washing and 8 RM for drying.
Only light meal like instant noodle and coffee can be prepared in Unit. There is communal kitchen for serious cooking, I think there are small fees to use.
