Currently, gold and clear Chiavari chairs are in high demand for us. As you're also part of the industry, what types of chairs have you been primarily working with lately? If you require them urgently, opting for a local supplier is the best choice. However, if you can wait, importing from China will be a more cost-effective option. Please inform us of your decision. Thank you for your comments and for watching the video.

Why not use your personal credit cards? What's the reason for that?

    • @therentalsboyz
      @therentalsboyz  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

If possible, you wouldn't want to affect your personal credit because when you obtain loans in the future for the business, it will be based on your personal credit initially until you build a credit history, and that credit won't be tied to your personal. We believe it's better to be patient, gradually building up before seeking a business loan if you choose that route. The idea is to own your items outright, if possible. But if you have to get it from the mud and you need to make something happen. There is no rules.

Absolutely! Balancing a full-time job with an event rental business is doable, but it requires effective time management and starting small. What equipment do you have in mind for renting out?

ok so, I've saved up some cash and want to invest in karaoke equipment and photo 360, I think this is doable for the limited amount of space i have and I don't have a truck yet, my issue is making purchases before I have a business account setup because I want everything to be legit and on the books. I have at least 10k now and I want to make sure I don't waste it@@therentalsboyz

I appreciate the hustle but the rental biz is on it's way downhill. I'm a wedding DJ of nearly 2 decades in the SF Bay Area, California.
This is a commoditized business and it's very difficult.
Mask mandates are begun anew and lockdowns are already planned for November roll outs per multiple Fed level memos already released.
If you set up shop to this, you've been warned.
Not saying don't do it, but really think hard about economic uncertainties and be careful. I'm a commodity and options trader and the analytics I've seen do not justify opening a brick and mortar styled business.
I'm even holding back on one of my other projects until we see what November looks like.

It all depends on what state you're located in. We have our corporate office in Los Angeles and we just opened a new location in Houston. Our Los Angeles location doesn't need Google Ads but in Houston most of our customers come from Google Ads.
I agree with you not to open a brick and mortar business at this time specially if you're new in the industry.

Hey @slamdunktiger, thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts. We understand your concerns about the rental business, especially in uncertain times like these.
While the rental industry can be competitive, it's not necessarily a downhill trend everywhere. In our experience across multiple states, we haven't seen a slowdown, but we do acknowledge that each region can be unique.
You bring up important points about economic uncertainties, especially with changing mandates and lockdowns. We agree it's crucial to carefully assess the market before starting a business, and we don't recommend investing in a warehouse before establishing sales.
We appreciate your insights and would love to hear more about the data and analytics you've encountered. Learning from different perspectives is invaluable, and it's how we all adapt and grow.
Thanks again for sharing your thoughts, and we wish you success in your endeavors.

Videos like this, making everyone think it's easy and they can do it too is what's gonna cause the VALUE to go down. More and more small business people are gonna make this investment, making the market more aware of the need of the service. Which is what the big companies are waiting for to seal all the market share with unbeatable prices and services. If you've learn anything from the pass is that no one shares secrets of the real money makers. Then all it takes is guys like this to come on TH-cam, talking about a topic they've seen others do on here before them. Then like them others will be like, oh look, probably I can make some money on TH-cam showing people how to make money 😂
