Hi Gary. Thinking of planning a fishing trip next year. My base would be Manchester. I live in Canada but originally from N. Ireland. I spin, float and fly fish. If I get this planned would like to make to Newcastle.
Class video mate, been getting lots of rainbow trout at derwent as of recent so gonna head along to here in a few weeks and try for one of the monster ones I've seen being pulled out. I'm just over the other side of the river so might even see you out on my travels! class stuff
Hello, greetings from Germany. Unfortunately, I have only just come across your impressive video. A beautiful lake and great fish. What kind of lure (color: bronze/copper, weight 10g) are you using in the first part of the video? It looks great. Thank you very much for your answer.
You can buy a permit online from the www.watersideparksuk.com/park/grassholme/ or you can buy it on the day at the on site fishing lodge. You need to buy a rod licence from www.gov.uk/fishing-licences

Hiya Garry, I'm wondering if there's perch in rivers in Tyne and wear anywhere?
Hi, I'm not sure about the rivers, but there used to be some in the ponds at Hebburn quarry.
