Nice lil overview MC. I edc my SMF and it’s an MSC “Manhattan Project” nightmare grind. Mick has such an artsy approach these days it’s nice to see the variety he and Forest (his son who’s refined their texture process) are throwing out. Gotta tell you bro. I was on the edge with the Strider because of the handle shape... When you put it next to the Shaman it was like lightning struck and I completely got it.

There's a finish on white gold watches that looks like the finish on that blade, it needs a artisan to poke holes in the material making it look like precious stones, maybe it's something like that

Hey MC,I have the same knife but my handles are a little different it’s called LAVA GRIND,but one thing i am confused about on my custom on the finger Choil it is signed M STRIDER, and all the other customers that I saw are signed as well but that one isn’t wonder why?

James Wilson, I remember around the same time I got my groot SMF nightmare grind custom from monkey edge they had the SNG in the lava finish you talking about. I wanted to get both a custom SMF and the SNG at the time but I was lucky to at least get the SMF I wanted they had two groot SMF but one was more mild and I got the more tree bark looking one. Those two SNG they had with the lava finish were epic too, I’m pretty sure they were both nightmare ground.
