925 weapons from T4 world boss, which was probably not a great idea. I was lvl ~62-ish purely solo playing when I got these and I doubt I'll replace them with anything anytime soon.
Once you get to world tier 4, join a world boss event and try to get weapons there. They are always 925 item power and will hard carry you for a while.
I am kind of the same place and issue I was last season. It really isn't about finding gear it is finding gear that improves the builds. Last season I went from 75-100 on my druid with no upgrade. This season the sorc is 80 which is still kind of fresh in T4 been here since 60 and maybe I have changed one piece. Hoping this season treats me better for rolls. D4 still 100% needs a loot filter.
Farming the blood harvest chests and events also has a good side effect for farming mats. You get so many legendaries that I end up destroying most so I have tons of mats now.
Yesterday I got two tempest roars in this area within 1 hour. The first one was almost perfect, the second was a crappy one. It dropped from the random monster. Love this area for leveling as well, especially when spending a 150-blood thing to spawn a bunch of monsters. Yesterday managed to reach level 100 for the first time so far, level 1-100 in the open world. Good luck in the season
This season is the fastest I’ve ever leveled up to 80. It hasn’t even felt grindy and the amount of drops is great. Maybe not to gear up, but definitely for mats and aspects.
Bid problem with farming right now esp. the boss's because of all this random laggy / freeze / lock ups : You will lose stuff in helltides for example and it costs currency to repair aswell: I just died 2X in 20 min from game freezing for about 5-10 secs and poof dead : lost my abberent shards
Not sure I've ever had an ancestral rare weapon drop from the chests, feels like they may have touched on that the first day, i noticed it when i was doing this day2, but maybe i just had really bad luck over a hundred chests
Get to WT4, get vampire chests w keys farmed in lower WTs. Thanks for this info. I just got my 55 sorc rushed, gonna grind to 60 so I can wear some ancestrals.
I am a bit conflicted as how can you feel like it's an "absolute blast" to mindlessly one-shot everything to collect upgrades that will make you one-shot 0.1% faster? How is this enjoyable?
Keep seeing people say that Unique droprates seem nerfed - but I'm just not seeing it. Sure it's not just straight up palcebo effect (RNG is RNG, after all) ? - Sure, that could also be said of my experience.. I've honestly gotten more Uniques in the Open World and NM Dungeons, than I did last season - almost double the amount, with the same time spent (roughly). Heck, I even got Penitent Greaves several times already (mentioning that one, since Wudi did in the video), without targeting one of the new bosses. The addition of target farming via bosses are great though. I like the bosses (especially Beast and Grigoire).
I'm having trouble staying alive in HC once I hit level 40... lol.. just keep on trying to find some decent gear. Still unsure how these vampiric powers work.. but I'll keep grinding.
actually i did save my keys until wt4, but i found that on wt4 u get more seeker keys and there is a limit to how many seeker chests u can open per blood harvest region relocate, i ended up having more and more keys, if i were to start over, i would instead spend the keys whenever i see seeker chests in wt2 and 3
The caches don’t drop ancestral weapons and almost never drop rings/ amulets. I got one amulet and zero weapons from five full inventories of wt4 caches. Whispers caches also don’t guarantee ancestral, took me a while to get even one ancestral weapon.

Warning, loot disappears if you leave them on the ground too long. My group of 3 spent 2000 lures and spammed the event and we didn't take breeks which left dozens o legendaries/uniques on the ground.

When my bro and i got to t4 by lvl 60 we went straight to blood tide and got ancestrals within 1 quick run lol he was already 65 but i still had to lvl up a bit before i could use anything lol that and varshan with super high ilvl got us good right off the rip lol

Get to WT4 honestly, this season is MUCH easier compared to the past so the capstone won't be too bad, then you can do some public events for gear if you really need it before doing WT4 stuff
WT4 Definitely. Put all ashes in EXP gain, drink elixirs and just do Legion Events, Helltides and Blood Harvest Events until you're geared enough to then smash some WT4 Nightmare Dungeons.
The best place for Loot is in those new zones dead center where the green icon is If you activate all three chalses which cost 50 blood each you spawn like a mini wave event and a whole bunch of secrets come out at the end and you're guaranteed like half an inventory of legendaries every time I think I did two back-to-back and I had three full inventories of crap and an entire inventory full of legendaries. The day before I did four of them It took me like six trips to get everything and every time I went back to grab the rest of stuff a new event started cuz there was like eight people there just keep activating it lol
Man, I love doing the blood harvest but my glyphs aren't leveling. I always have and probably always will hate the nightmare dungeon system in this game, it is just so freaking boring and this is coming from someone who killed Mephisto over 1000 times to get a Shako. The design of them is just shit. The inside is not inspiring at all and the tasks are boring as hell. How in the world are greater rifts more exciting than nightmare dungeons? It is one of the things keeping me from playing anymore, I do not want to do them and I know I will have to at some point

They are supposed to come out raw, with room for growth and progression. They should simply have a foundation to build in, and Diablo 4 had a lot of that and season 2 is a massive success. Also, it takes more so around 40 hours for a regular player to level 100, Wudi is a damn good player.
This is by far the most uninspiring and least challenging seasons I've seen in arpgs. I have no idea who needs a lelveling guide for this because you can go to wt4 from lvl 55 with a somewhat viable build. The broken builds can kill überlilith from lvl 90 lol.

Was a refill for overpower affix got 100.8% to overpower from a stun damage affix on necro
World boss just dropped me a 925 Weapon at lvl 64.
got esus boots from vashan 925er i lvl and a new helmet ( godslayercrown or soemthign from the league mecanic)

it's fucking wierd that you can get the BEST gear from essentially AFKing. they should have made the item level 890-900 max.
yeah i got to tier 3 at level 45 fought a world boss first thing and the sacred item literally doubled my damage from 957 to 1883

Using your process is always exceptional
The blood harvest chests are also a great eay to quickly geae up when moving to WT3, you can get decked out with sacred gear within minutes

Farm seeker keys in T3 real quick then go T4 and spend them. The speed boost will be significant.
Tried capstone, my damage was ok but was constantly getting one tapped by Elias. Quit before I started raging. I'll try at a higher level.

If you are low level basically don't worry about stats just ilvl. Except for maybe rings and amulets since they are harder to get upgrades for
i only get shit loot, Lv81 and still use Lv60 gear because i cant get ANY upgrades

When you use swords it's a flat damage increase vs the requirements for exploit or malice
