Since you're a mom you should be able to the job of a mother ,but you don't know how hard it is until you actually do it yourself and always train up a child in the way they should go

The reason the kids are the way they are is because of the mother. She has no parenting skills nor is she a disciplinarian.
"You never know how hard someone's job is until you have to do it yourself." That's an accurate statement. Some people just don't want to work so they hired others to do it; an nanny for example. Work can be so exhausting. People were always out there working hard, but I guess some people just don't want to do it just because it's boring and exhausting. Again, sometimes we need to learn how hard jobs can be either by the easy way or the hard way. Sure, jobs can be so tiring at times, but sometimes if we work hard and get things done, it can be all worth the effort and receive benefits; after a while, they can be much easier.

the fact that the mom actor was torturing the kids last time but this time, she is treating them like gods
Parents have to be firm with their kids and know when the put their foot down. Stacy was acting too much like Asher & Ariana's aunt instead of acting like their mom. Responsibility is a huge part of parenthood. She should also be glad that Porsha was willing to come back. In real life, not many people would be as forgiving. Personally, if I was Porsha, I would have slapped Stacy at 5:27.

Not only is Stacy a typical prototype of a rich arrogant lady who takes everything fot granted, but also she doesn't seem a good mother at all, for she apparently is uncappable of raising her own children and needs a nanny to take care of them. One thing is criticizing a job you never need to do, another thing is she criticizing the nanny for the way she does a job that is more hers: to raise the children and take care of them.
