I made this a few days ago! The recipe was clear and easy to follow, and the food turned out SO GOOD!! an EXCELLENT recipe, and easy to turn down the heat by omitting some (or all) of the dried red chillies. (though personally I love it with all of them in ;) ) Definitely trying more of your recipes soon!
