Makes me ponder the perspective of those behind the structures and it showcases creative potential particularly of rail, in distributing and connecting local wealth of resources. It’s a statement of the times, and there’s definitely inspiration that can be taken out of it and vision. A calling for bigger & bolder aims and an expanded view of seeing things. Makes you also question the current economic model (and how it was engineered to transfer wealth into fewer hands - everything has that blueprint), outsourcing has bled the country dry, wasting potential that is there to share prosperity locally.
The Great Northern Railway had running rights through to Stafford via Uttoxeter(North Staffordshire Railway) originally, so you could say that the Bennerley viaduct bore sort of cross country trains in a way. A very good video with drone, Gareth. Many thanks.
Well, being David Icke's former wife who was introduced to the love of Steam Trains, I am thoroughly enjoying this WALK! And like i said on your last video the next best thing to 'being there' is ... here. 🙌 FREEDOM 🍃🌿 Beautiful countryside and like how you interlace the scenery with the original views along with the dialogue to go with it ... informative. Brill.
Loving these videos

So glad that this structure has a use and a future.
