What stupid comment, Alex has always been an expert driver what are you bullshitting about? Ive been cooking my dinner for 45 years, does that make me a chef?
I'm impressed with your family's operation, I was in your aera once ,I flew in at the airport got out of the into a car that the dealership I worked at and drove back to Connersville, In . Dealership soon to 100 years old Chrysler I worked there for 50 year's 1967 to 2017 picking up cars they bought out of state . They started. In1926 . Also impressed with the new buildings and all , you and your mechanics repair your equipment. As always with you teammates that helps this running. I'm simply amazed at your new construction going . I've tried counting your tractors, and I don't think I've ever come up with. the same . So how many do you have , and semi tractors . Love your new service truck . Looking for the next one . Keep up the great work .
Alex is turnning into a real truck driver her skills have improved immensely she puts a lot of male drivers to shame i dont think you'll ever get her out of that truck well done Alex you keep up the great work.
Years back i spent a half a season running a self propelled Af Bag bagger no cab. This one drove ans had the backstop. Winding cables evenly was critical to making straight bags. Just after i left the shaft/pioe snaped in tge center. They sent a new shaft and we had to weld the teeth on after it was installed. All stick welding. Good times
Great video. That bagger is one fine piece of equipment!!! Alex is for sure in charge of that awesome looking truck and new trailer. She ain't skeered!! :)
Great video! The 9620 looks like a beast, and it’s awesome seeing how you keep everything so organized, even with such a big job ahead. That bagging site on the old Amber Road seems like the perfect spot! 🌾🚜
Fascinating to seein this video, from over your left sholder in the chopper, how many windrows you can fit into a trailer and then at the end of 2 days or so work all that silage stuffed into a bag. The mecanisation in to days farming along with the managing skills that make it all run smoothly is why the western world can feed so many animals and people. An impressive video Andy.
That is some mighty nice looking for cutting hay there andy. You guys must be taking good care of that ground to make it produce hey in the fourth cut that big
Whatever you got the camera stuck to in the chopper is perfect lol it makes for a good view. Jacob did good videoing and got some good footage of the bagger that's quite a nice unit. We always ran the tractor drawn backstop style. I would put some pipe insulation over the cables as the bag got longer to keep them from tearing up the bag sides. This year at my buddies we had that style he rented but for some reason the cables stayed pretty clear. Did you see that Claas in Michigan that touched the pipe to the powerlines and burnt up last week? Guy lived fortunately. Take it easy Andy awesome video
Hey Andy? Hope 4th cutting is running better then what you hope it too.. The tension cable on the bagger? Won't that tear the bag? Does it come in contact under the bag?
If at some point you get bored andy have your son Jared and daughters rebuild a 3208 cat engine and drop it in that hino chassis seriously. Plenty of power and more reliable. 😊
Nice name plate on the top of the blade sir. All those nice MOSEY TRAILERS and Mr Timmy trying to make it out of the field entrances and back!🤦♂️😂. Thanks ANDY and CREW!
I noticed there are no signal lights on the bagger.... if the operator wears a white glove on that hand the dumper drivers will be able to see his signals a HOLE lot better in that tinted window cab. I ran into that dumping for skid drivers in the winter they would wear those dark brown gloves and expect you to see their hand guestures in that shaded cab on a sunny day. if your in the light you can't see into the dark
My qyestion is about the begger set up? Why not back up to top of hill and bag down so you can get more space? I understand up hill is easier for bagging tighter and ttucks cam run in neutral, but seems like you miss out of feet of storage going up hill..
Davey must have fallen in love with Jered’s old Mack. These yahoo’s who drive like the guy that hit tim need their license cut up on the spot and suspended for a year.
Great video Alex handles that tractor an new trailer very good she could show some drivers how to back up taking the service truck to were you are working is a great idea 👍🚜🧰
You may have commented on this before but I don't recall your answer, with the hundreds of acres you plant and harvest, if you can say, how many head of animals do you feed. Sorry for the stupid question, just a really old guy that used to live farm country in MUCH younger day
@@FarmingFixingFabricating And dont forget to mention that each cow consumes about 100 pounds of feed a day, That is the most amazing thing to me. Carlinville IL
I’m answering for him so if I’m out of turn apologize. First Cutting has the most damage. It goes down from there but the nutrition goes up. So the 4 th cutting has Less tonnage but higher TDM. Total digested nutrients. Most protein
Great job we had a bagger. For years the best investment we ever made
Have to say. Alex's driving skills have come along greatly! Doin a great job! Been driving over 30 years. Keep up the great job girl!
Go ALEX , GO!!!
Live floor trailers are the ticket for this bagger!!!!

So it is what a person have between the legs that states how good of a driver he or she is? Interseting....
@Thamart666 it certainly does help

Thank you for another Great video. Cheers
Great stuff Andy. Nice road trip in the chopper!
Good content team , Alex top operator .
Nice to have the Bagger as an option.
That's the most heavy duty ag bagger I've seen. That's kind of cool.
Enjoyed your video thanks Andy
That's a heckuva bagger. Doesn't seem to hiccup with the MAS trailer, just takes it in.👍
Service truck has already paid for it's self. Very good move, sir.
That bagger looks a nice machine sounds very well too 👍🏻

Amazing how that hay turns into millions of gallons.of good ole milk. :)
@@beckyumphrey2626 Quite so plus the corn (silage and cracked) plus mineral suppliments and the good housekeeping.
That brings back memories of when my grandpa had a bagger on our beef farm to feed cows out of.

@Farming_Fixing_Fabricating-j7r I beg your pardon??🤔

Yes I seen that,I don’t think it actually touched the wires….. those high voltage power lines can jump arc over 10’
I see lots of new paint $$$$$$😊
I recognize that setup
Hey Andy? Hope 4th cutting is running better then what you hope it too.. The tension cable on the bagger? Won't that tear the bag? Does it come in contact under the bag?
No I guess it starts a couple feet up into the feed
That bagger can really eat the feed for sure looked like a Amish guy running it
All good!
Awesome ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
Thanks for sharing your experiences with us Andy & family ❣️
👍🏻🆙🫡
Jeeze are you guys gonna have enough room for all the corn silage
That’s always a good problem to have!
EXCELLENT!!!
What year did they move the road to where it is today?
In the 50’s
Hoping the new trailer doesn’t get scratched!
Do you have buildings that can house the bigger tractors during winter?
Kinda
If at some point you get bored andy have your son Jared and daughters rebuild a 3208 cat engine and drop it in that hino chassis seriously. Plenty of power and more reliable. 😊
3208 cats are junk

Why did nt you buy steeringaxels under the trailers, when you come out of the fields its easyer. Or is it to muche money?
When the time comes please show how you remove haylage from bag for feeding
I Don't think you've ever shown that -- thanks
Cows are going to like that halage
@Farming_Fixing_Fabricating_t hi Andy would like to stop by late fall to see your operation.
Let’s all Hit the like button.. ❤
How do you go about unloading the bag?
Dig out with front end unloaded
My qyestion is about the begger set up? Why not back up to top of hill and bag down so you can get more space? I understand up hill is easier for bagging tighter and ttucks cam run in neutral, but seems like you miss out of feet of storage going up hill..

Nathan would have hooked onto the blade first try if he was driving, just saying !
👍👍👍🚜
👍
Suggestion: call your new service truck "The Crane Truck" or "Ritchie"?
How do you unload the Agbag?
Olgoat
With a payllader

I believe the farm is milking about 2000 cows plus there will be young stock (replacements ) hope this helps
4400 head

Man ,I could have used that Bagger on my first Wife ??
Oh okay. So the cable is packed with in the hayage or what ever and not under the bag it's self. That makes sense then.
