    many asian countries eat rice over 2000 years. the problem is what chemicals they put to preserve them etc. and not the rice.

    I've been eating rice for over 50 years, I don't have diabetes and I'm totally healthy and I'm muscular, I'm not overweight. People eat too much sugar and trans fat that’s more problem than rice, that cause diabetes, heart disease and stroke and overweight and premature aging of the skin.
