Pretty unique color you have on that vtx 1300, I'll have to check out that battery brand out for sure. Love my vtx 1300 great bike no problems at all with it
Did you ever tell your viewers why you decided to sell your fuel injected VTX1800 and keep your carbureted VTX1300? Sorry if you did and I missed it. They also feel different when riding 70-80 mph on the highway for a stretch of time.
Thanks for watching and subscribe! I actually mentioned that in my video i made lastnight (not posted yet)… the vtx1800 is alot heavier and more stable going straight down the road, but the 1300 handles way better and is in my opinion more fun to ride. Also its alot easier to push in the garage, both great bikes… but honestly the 1300 is plenty of bike for me, more than enough power for a cruiser and sounds better too
@@Drive315 I saw you had a cold start video of a V Star 1300, that's what I currently ride. Did you ride that enough to give a comparison between the V Star and VTX 1300 in ride comfort and fun?
Great question, I actually had a yamaha stryker and a vstar1300, both great bikes! Honestly i really liked the vstar 1300, super reliable and great power (little to complain about). They both rode excellent, but the vstar felt alot heavier, and more comfortable for long rides, the yellow vtx was more fun, handled better and the bike to be on if you wanna go on a fun joyride. Cant go wrong with either bike, main difference was the vstar felt heavier and has fuel injection. I think the vtx seat was slightly lower making the center of gravity lower too making it handle nicer
@@Drive315 What the VTX1300 has going for it, too, is its engine can still be found in the Honda Fury. Makes getting parts easier. Not the case for the discontinued VTX1800 engine.
I have a black 06 VTX1300C that i bought about 2 years ago that needs a new battery. I rarely ride anymore, but over all, a great bike.
Thanks for watching and subscribe! My yellow one lights up my garage! I did my epoxy floor since this video!

Thanks for watching and subscribe! Yeah the vtx1300 is a keeper. Definitely nice to look at that original yellow in the garage!

@@Drive315 Thank you for your quick reply. Much appreciated. I guess you have to be an appreciator of monster torque to hold on to the 1800. :)
