don't be afraid of making long videos! speaking for myself and all those I've seen that follow artists, we love watching the entire process start to finish!
I’m continually amazed at how some people can draw, paint etc. I’ve come to the conclusion that a person is born with the ability. Sure, someone can practice day and night and eventually reach a certain level. But the good ones are born with it and they usually make it their life. Whereas other people only do it as a hobby and passionately get into it for a couple years then drop it and never go back to it.
Love this style & listening to your thought process - as a beginner I’m interested in seeing the early mark making and checking proportions etc Lion is amazing
Really interesting…love the result! One thing I would like to see is the addition of the finishing details…I never know when to stop, and mostly overwork the painting. Next I would like to see what tools & techniques you recommend for newsprint it’s large size and very cheap to use for practice.
It feels like in your quest to be chaotic and free you lost a good portion of this subject's character. By largely ignoring the mane, you turned this lion into a lioness. For me, this work failed to capture the majesty of the subject and resulted in a generic cat face.

Hi, where can I find pan pastel with soft cover (spatula with soft cover) in India. Any help will be appreciated 👍
You could use an old sock or stocking over a plastic fork or knife. If you can’t find pan pastel , just use regular art charcoal.
