- HERMES KELLY 25 VS KELLY 28 DETAILED REVIEW, see what fits inside both Hermes Bags, Mod-shots, pros&cons and their exact measurements for these Kelly 25 and Kelly 28 bags. Both Hermes Kelly bags are in the hard leather epsom, sellier style, and I find it interesting to compare the different sizes both in the same leather as the capacity of the bags changes depending on the leather type. Both bags have been bought in 2021 in the Hermes store.

Hi, I saw on TH-cam using a blow dryer on high, but with a towel placed on the bag. Helped with scratches and misshaped leather.
i think i've seen some videos of people undoing anti-deformation with vapour, but i'm not sure it would work on Epsom leather.. it does work on Chanel bags though

I would try getting a bag shaper/organizer for the misshapen Kelly. It may help hold the shape and force it to flatten it again.

Hmmm that’s a hard one. I would say 28, as you can wear if both everyday and night (without the strap, makes it more elegant).
