The best part I was too excited to see it. Back in 2012 I was turning 20 me, my brother & my cousin's Goddaughter was watching the 2012 London Olympics in my Aunt's bedroom we had a great time. It was my brother's 1st time & it was his 6th birthday we enjoy it

The whole thing was amazing! You could tell how much the athletes and the fans were enjoying themselves. I also thought the end was the best, seeing Great Britain come in and the stadium erupt into cheers. Hopefully they will be their nation's heroes forever.

I remember watching this on TV and just being blown away by the number of nations competing. Just goes to show you just how much of an event like the Olympic Games can bring out friendship between nations. No politics or warring. And the soundtrack by High Contrast was the icing on the cake.

Spotify’s Time Capsule recommended _Chemical Brothers - Galvanise_ to me today and I immediately thought of this. Can’t think of a more epic song to open the Parade of Nations. Getting High Contrast to do this soundtrack was a great choice.
London had its work largely cut out for them after the 2008 Beijing Olympics. They stepped up and dropped the best opening and closing ceremonies in history.
This is still the best opening Olympic ceremony in my opinion and the best closing too. like spice girls come back after so many years was the best thing of the night
I was here Live!! I've received free ticket from the borough how lucky, allot of us who been volunteering or associated with the borough received free intro ticket. We was standing in the middle where the athlete were passing us close eye view, they gave us so many flags taking pictures and so on, it was definitely dream come to true to see all the athlete LIVE including VIP hosts, I never imagined that I would be inside the Olympic for the opening Ceremony this was the best London 2012!

I was here Live!! I've received free ticket from the borough how lucky, allot of us who been volunteering or associated with the borough received free intro ticket. We was standing in the middle where the athlete were passing us close eye view, they gave us so many flags taking pictures and so on, it was definitely dream come to true to see all the athlete LIVE including VIP hosts, I never imagined that I would be inside the Olympic for the opening Ceremony this was the best London 2012!
