      I agree, Dak reminds me of Aaron Rodgers, he's great at beating bad to average teams but against the good teams he can't get it done. Cowboys need to move on.

    Chris Simms nailed it this segment. Jags 29th ranked pass blocking Oline and 28th ranked run blocking Oline last season. No QB can flourish under those circumstances.

      @@123shoshan Two $30 million #1 recievers usually help oline issues wouldn’t you say and his oline was not worse they at least had a functioning running game. Jags running backs were stopped at or behind the line of scrimmage 25% of every running play which ranked 32nd in the league. Oh the CJ Beathard game against the absolute worst team in the NFL the Carolina Panthers. GTFOH 😂

    • @waylonbeasley1477
      @waylonbeasley1477 23 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@123shoshan When you guys bring up Burrow in this argument you act like he doesn’t have two of the league’s best receivers on his team. Trevor was throwing to one guy who hadn’t played in two years in Ridley and Zay Jones. Two $30 million receivers can mask a lot of deficiencies don’t you agree.

    Think about mark davis his life style his age his being. He doesnt have anyone to take over if something knock on wood happens to davis. I think he would rather want Tom to be the one who would take main ownership because he is the goat and would be a great person to take over. In the end he would have a say on the matter technically

    Lawrence has 60 turnovers in just three seasons, and that doesn't count the fumbles by him which the Jags recovered.
    Making him the NFL's highest paid QB would be an act of insanity, which means it could easily happen.

    I do not agree about Dak. He has clearly chased the money and up until last season NOBODY considered him top ten. He is not the type of QB that any team desires. We all saw the clear and obvious "deer in the headlights" moment against Green Bay last season. It has happened repeatedly when it counts most. No thanks Dak... Lets go for Shedeur Sanders.... Peoples heads are gonna blow off the top of their necks if Dak gets a 5 year 54.5 million/year type contract. Dak is a stable qb and proves he’s kept you in contention every year hears healthy and aided to get you in to the playoffs each of the last 3 years winning 36-15 wins vs losses, was a top 2 qb in the league. It’s a safe way to keep you in contention and just find another way to rebuild. Not saying this will happen. Anything is possible. Sure they can cut their ties and draft a young guy somehow with a probable low draft pick at the back end of the 1st round.. but if the plan is to do that- then find a way to trade Dak and at least get something out of there deal. Why let a perennial franchise qb go for nothing. Trey Lance and Rush will also be gone as they are no longer under contract. Neither one of those are worthy of gambling an entire season on. There’s too many players on the team your not just gun a waste a year of their career while you figure out Daks replacement. Dallas ain’t just gunna get another player as good as Dak- let alone better than Dak, in one season. Where the hell are you getting a qb like that from. Dallas fans are along with everyone else about Dallas, are so geared up and ready to pull the trigger without contemplating the consequences if it goes completely south

    Cowboys have done as good a job as anyone drafting over the past decade, with only Brandin Cooks being a starter/impact player that they didn't draft. So even after paying some guys their roster should still be talented just not as deep in the secondary or D-line. And as a Cowboys supporter it's easy in my mind, let Dak walk after the season, trade Parsons at the deadline &resign Lamb to a contract worth 1-million more than AJ Brown. Parsons & Dak don't show up in the playoffs &Parsons will get the Cowboys the best trade-package &Dak isn't worth the money he wants. Offer Dak $45 million a year w/ incentive anything over that bye bye
