Instead of Inheritance tax, Wealth tax (earlier charged @ 1% above 50 lacs) should be restored and increase the tax base who gets exemption from income tax.

No one is talking about root cause- inequality in breeding. If rich produce more kids their wealth will be distributed in inheritance amongst 5-7 kids. Poor should not produce more than 1 kid, thus wealth of 2 poor (mom and dad) will be concentrated as inheritance to that 1 kid.
Automatically rich will become poor and poor will become rich.

If anyone thinks a bit deeply about how inequality gap rises, you will realise how the person with more money will always earn much much more than the lesser one. So if this gap is not countered, poverty, relative deprivation will grow which will lead to instability which will lead to law and order situation or seperatism or seditive activities
