Even their loan department does'nt follow any rbi rules
Kotak life insurance also follows MLM method to add customers, feels like they are fooling people. They will say they will give you job but then you have to add yourself and family members and relatives then you also have to add more people like yourself under you so that now they can add their family and relatives 😂

Kotak Mahindra bank has too many customers and no system and capacity to serve them
They do not know how to link their - People (staff, team, NRI team, Nodal team), Platform (online technology) and Processes (systems and practices). A complete mess in the three P's mentioned above.
If compare every private bank Kotak Mahindra Bank is best bank for because there is a interface is very good app interface for use very easy you can easily open Kotak Mahindra account Bank from your mobile

I have been using it since 2017 never face such issue
I opened my kotak 811 account on first day i turned 18. That is i opened Kotak 811 account on my 18th birthday. They did not allow transaction till i completed KYC.I completd KYC after 3 days by visiting bank branch. Even my first credit card at 20 was of kotak 811 credit card. I am 22 now, and i can say thier website is very smooth but app lags and interface is also not very aesthetic unlike website and credit card page. Never faced any issue though 😅. Made 40 ontime payments till date and surprised to see this.

I have kotak app. It's not always but sometimes i am not able to login. But if i switch from wifi to mobile network it logs in properly. Sometimes transaction from UPI ID take time to show in bank app account overview.
RBI अगर सख्त नही होगा बैंक के प्रति तो अमेरिका की बैंक की तरह हाल हो जाएगा। R B I को और सख्त होने की जरूरत है।
RBI ka employee ne hotel main khana khaya.. uska tha kotak bank main account..jab payment ka samay aaya to upi unable dikha raha tha.. to usko baad main bartan majne padhe the.. thats the reason RBI's action against kotak😢

Honestly, RBI, Indian armed forces and SEBI are the only Indian government things whom I trust blindly, and am proud of RBI's remarkable proformance. For others, I believe in Ambani's patriotism's existence more than I trust them

Kotak is very modern and ease of doing bank,I have no problem since 2019 so it's better than slow govt banks like SBI,Canera banks etc

RBI has not stopped new customer acquisition fully, only online account opening modes are stopped temporarily, through physical forms account opening is continue.

There is another gossip going on in the techni guys that a very big IT company has pulled off its technical assistance for maintaing the IT infrastructure with concers and the corresponding sub IT companies that handles this operations stoped their support for Kotak Mahindra, not sure about thiss but, its a thing going on from the people who are involved for tech support.
Kotak Mahindra is the best bank according to me. Its my personal experience. I haven't faced any issues so far. Everything is online
