Hard disagree, if someone intentionally instigating misconducts then it is simply a common sense to investigate the roots of it, and speaking of "personal data", let's be honest, you own literally nothing, the comments you are writing, the sim card you are using and God knows what else are stored somewhere, it's not like government will just leak your data, they literally have enough information about you to track your very livelihood although it is strictly for investigation. Even if there's a freedom of speech you cannot just scream "Bomb" at a crowded place
