Thank you. This absolutely helped my printer. this cleaning made such a big difference in printing.
Thank you for this demonstration! So where does the solution go once it gets absorbed by the sponge? I see some liquid below but can’t get to it. Do I leave that alone?
Are the ink cartridges left in place during cleaning?
Thank you!
Hello sir, I have not used a printer for 6 months. Will it work again or not? Please help me
I have tried this, as well as flushing heads, nozzle check, clean heads so many times and the black is still showing clogged. How can I resolve this?
Please give our tech support a call at (800)826-6332 option 2 or email them at support@conde.com
Could this be the problem when just one color isn't working? Doesn't seem like any color would work if it was due to this.
When I turn it on the print head does not move completely out of its home position . It just moves slightly back and forth but does NOT move out. What’s the issue?
If the printer is in an error state the print head won't slide all the over. When the print head unlocks and slides slightly left (about an inch), unplug the printer. At this point (if timed correctly) it will be unlocked and you can manually slide the print head over to reach the capping station.
I have tried everything my printer makes horizontal lines y all my prints even in the nozzle Chek sawgrass printer
Why would ypu need to do this? Ie symptoms?
General maintenance or if there is vertical banding on your prints.
