Chennai local train better than mumbai. Very less crowd, and safe.
But whenever i travel in mumbai local definitely i will never get seat and not safe

These trains has to have smaller length for better control and maybe worked out through frequent.

VOMM Spotter most of the buses are crowded and the best way is frequent and smaller except for goods.

Construction of railroad is easy if you don't have overloading. Easily bear weight. And over mountains and bridges.
