Btw in the UK flour tortillas are what most people use for fajitas. Corn wraps are actually the minority. This is because most people have been introduced to Mexican food, via the supermarkets. We don't have a lot of Mexican restaurants, especially authentic ones. There are Californian tacos restaurants, but again they will normally be a chain. But I have to say Indian ingredients like chickpea flour is very popular. Corn flour is for sale in most supermarkets. I've gotta make them asap!

I'm Tex-Mex and those are definitely not fajitas. Fajitas come from the bottom of the steers ribs above the diaphragm and are not attached to any bone... They tomahawk steak you were cooking looked good thou gringo... #learn your cuts
Fajitas are almost exclusive to skirt steak. Yea a tomahawk on the grill will taste better, but I'd rather eat that as a steak. Tex-mex is pretty specific, but I agree with you on flour tortillas for fajitas (corn everything else).
