Tengo flash codes 1141, 1139, 1143, 1142, 1144 y 1145... estos estarán relacionados con el harness de los inyectores? O será problema del fuel pump? Gracias, la troca no falla solo tiene el check engine prendido.

Qué tal amigo quería preguntar te. Si me podrías dar una oponíon sobre tu experiencia. Mi camion se le daño la fuel pump Cummins isx15. La que trai las piezas de cerámica. El problema fue q en carretera se apago el camión ya no intente prenderlo. Lo remolcaron en grúa. El problema es q aora el mecánico me dice q el block del motor no sirve por que no tiene precion de aceite. Se le remplazo fuel pump nueva y oil pump nueva los metales y limpiaron toda la cerámica q se fue al aceite el cigüeñal salió en buenas condiciones. Que me puedes decir sobre esto podrá ser el block ya no sirva es lo q el mecánico prende el camión pero no sube la precion del aceite y cambio sensor nuevo del temperatura sensor pero no se estoy en duda

His the man. Can fix everything on these trucks. Let me cool if it was owner operator with a few trucks he can just fix his own trucks save tons of money. Maybe get a whole bunch of old ones for like five grand each.

@@xZ4NKx I'm not a hater, he didnt even diagnose anything. Hes the type of mechanic that will make you spend 4thousand on that fuel pump when it can be a 180 dollar sensor.

Francisco Mi troque Se apago y tengo que prenderlo Con Starter fluid. Y se vuelve a pagar como a los dos minutos 🎃sere mi fuel pump .
We have a truck In the shop with the Same engine that the owner replaced the injectors in and now it won’t start. The fuel pressure is like 180 psi I’m thinking he may have a problem with his pump. Only thing is the truck ran before he put the injectors in it so far we haven’t found any fuel leaks or anything. We pulled the valve cover off and the injectors are seated and torqued and they’re all new But the fuel pressure doesn’t get over one 180 187 is as high as I’ve seen it for a second. Good video!

Hola, tengo un ISX 15 que me prende el check engine light y cuando prende pierdo fuerza, me lo hace por varios minutos y luego sigue funcionando normal. Me da codigo de low pression fuel en el riel de los injectores

It could be or it could be air in the low pressure side of the fuel system if you follow the troubleshooting like us techs do you could save about 4 to 5k on a new pump

Tal vez el brazo de la válvula estè flojo.
Aprieta la tuerca del brazo de la válvula.
El brazo no es la varilla(rod)que corre de arriba hacia abajo sino la que corre de enfrente hacia atrás.Si desconectas la varilla y el brazo gira 360 grados,la tuerca puede estar floja,si aprietas la tuerca y el brazo sigue girando 360 grados,entonces compra una nueva válvula.

Tu camión tiene el interrumpor de corriente es un switch que va al lado de asiento de el chofer

El mío hacía lo mismo, y la cambié una parte que se llama pndb box. es una caja que lleva fusibles y un relay interno que es el que comienza a fallar y esa parte va en lado de el chofer en la pared de la cabina en la parte de arriva.. yo puse esa parte y asunto atreglado .. mi troke es un Cascadia 2015
I have a humming noise coming from my fuel assembly while is running about 10 to 13 rpms is sounds kinda like a bell ring my engine is not losing power but the noise is very loud has anyone had this problem or any idea what might be wrong

Al mío se le cambiaron todos los sensores que tienen que ver con el diésel.. de hecho también se le puso la pompa de diésel nueva y siguió con los mismo sintomas.. mi troke nomas cuando voy arrancando como se estanca en 1200 revoluciones y no desarroya pierde fuerza.. ahorita está en el taller

Shut the engine down, park for the night.
Next day try to turn the engine on and it just cranks, no start.
Check engine for “Fuel Delivery Pressure”.
Mechanic said it is Gear Pump.
Replaced the Gear Pump and it still does the same thing.
Been in shop twice and mechanics can’t figure it out 😞😞

@@diesellettuce7624 still trying to figure out. I’ve been to 3 shops that have failed to find the issue. Just throwing parts at it smh. So at this point I have no choice but to take it to the dealer 😭 $175 an hour 🥲 currently waiting on an update.

I have a problem with my Cummins engine to where I struggle on hills and my dash say fuel rail pressure and injector spill valve but I've replaced the fuel rail pressure sensor do you have any advice on what I should do next

Driving to Maine my truck turned off, I got it tow to a local shop. Turned out to be the fuel pump. They install a used fuel pump and removed the old pump with small debris of white cerami.
I called my mechanic who works on Cummins and told me that the ceramic whont go inside the engine if anything it will fall in the oil pan. He said that I can drive and when doing an oil change to remove the pan and clean it.
I keep hearing online that if a fuel pump on an 2012 isx15 and up brakes the ceramic will break the engine. Do you know anyone personally that this happened to? My mechanic tells me to drive and online says it will break.
I wouldn't chance it. I've read it can mess it up completely.
