Merge PDFS on Windows | Free Microsoft Store App - Combines PDFS into One, Without Adobe Acrobat

In this video I combine multiple PDFS into one using a free app available in the official Microsoft Store. The app is called PDF Merger & Splitter. You don't need to upload files online as you do with many of the websites offering this service. The merging is done offline within the app installed on your PC.

Please can you tell me how I can “Return a Date In Another Cell (column A1) If A Cell Contains Any Texts value (in column B1)?” I want to put in a formula to automatically populate the “date last updated” in a data tracker I have developed so that colleagues don’t have to manually type in the date as some keep forgetting to type it in.
