@@3nd34vor Sure as long as the pilot can pass all the tests for a license from the country they are flying from or aircraft registered to that country. Hundreds of pilots holding ATPL issued by their countries are flying in India/ China/ Emirates.... So it's possible to fly to other countries when u pass the licensing test.
