Top end is off, piston is wiped, bottom end is tight but I'm thinking once I pull the flywheel and recoil off I'll get a better idea of the bearing condition..
Looks a lot like a 2100CD piston, both 56mm, you could delete the gasket to make up for not having the dome, that should also help if the skirt is a little longer as long as it clears the crank.
I've got two 264F. One I've had since I was about twenty. I'm fifty three now. Cut firewood, and cedar to sell with it for many years. A meth head got ahold of it,and now it's seized. Found another in kinda rough shape, and between the two I ended with with a good runner. Don't leave it sitting in concrete. The magnesium it's made of is very sensitive to that. It will rot the whole bottom out.
I used flex hones, just a quick in and and out a of couple times after the transfer is removed. Never had an issue using flex hones and end up with a perfect crosshatch just like a new cylinder. The key is the "quick in and out" part just like sanding you can go too far pretty fast..
Another series I missed, sorry buddy!👍👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🙏🙏🙏🙏
That carb was a monster

I wouldn't hone the cylinder. A lot of guys recommend just a light buff with steel wool.
