hi Stacie, thank you so much. Honestly I don't do much, I believe the key is a healthy scalp. Your hair looks very very similar to the texture of mines. But im unsure of what mines is or the porosity. Thank you so much.
@@Janus2.0oh okay cool. My curl pattern has loosened though due to heat. Usually it’s much more kinky and harder to comb out after washing. Albeit you have beautiful hair- thanks for watching.

Your channel popped up on my feed. I was wondering, do you heat style your hair occasionally? I asked because your ends look straight, but your roots are nice and thick.
Hi yep I have been putting heat on my hair more often which is why they look straight. I usually cut about 3 inches off when my hair is straight. Eventually I will cut my hair but that’s another story.
I'm a long haired Jenice too!
@@canigetit2008 yes twinning!!

You have a paddle brush have you heard of the unbrush they said its a good brush for detangling your but I just don't know how I feel about the brush yet
I absolutely love the unbrush. It goes through like nothing and I don’t even feel it
The unbrush doesn’t do anything for my hair- it only brushes the surface lol

So beautiful and long! I wanna be like you when I grow up! LOL! I know that my hair can get this long if I stay away from bleach. No more big chops for me!

When you stopped relaxing in 2016 did you do a big chop or just slowly transition? Thank you for sharing your experience and journey.
Great question- I just transitioned and I would cut like 1-2 inches off whenever I clipped my ends. I wore twist after each wash for the first 2-3 years. It’s my pleasure to share.
Lovely, sweet, personality. Relaxing voice.
Oh wow thanks so much!

Can u tell me why every time I twist my hair at the very ends, hair wants to come out, and I have to end up cutting that what is going on in have trimmed my ends a little it just keeps doing it
@@shawandasmith7615 well maybe because it’s so beautiful it just wants to be free. I looked at your page and subscribed. Okay you do have beautiful hair though. I can’t get parts of my hair to curl either due to a little heat damage- also when I clip my ends it most definitely won’t stay. Sometimes I have to make sure it very moisturized especially the ends before I put gel on the ends - not sure if you want to do that but there are moisturizing gels out. That’s just what I do. Also maybe put a roller on the very ends.
You have some Beautiful 😍 Hair. Do you use Dye or Semi Permanent Color, also what kind. It looks like it takes good. Bless You 😊 ❤️ 💙 💜.
@@vcadoree193 hi thank you. I use to use clairol then henna and now I use Madison Reed it’s permanent but I’ve only used it twice not sure but it does a good job; not sure if I will keep going with it though; I’m trying to find another henna. Thank you bless you too and thanks for watching.
@StyleLifeWithJenise I met this young Lady whose Mom is from Asia, She told me that her Mom & Other Relatives. Get that Henna Color From the Indian Grocery Stores & it only Costs like 2 or 3 Dollars. But she Saya that it is not a Color it just colors your hair to your Natural Hair Color, so whatever your Natural Non Grey Color is it will turn that color. ☺️ ❤️ 💙 💜
@@vcadoree193 oh okay I use to buy it in black and that was the color that deposited into my hair; it came in a package and all you had to do was add water but the company went out business I’m so bummed. Maybe I will look there if I can, thank you for the information.

Have you ever seen the channel "Indigenous Strands"?
I’ve heard really good things about this hair color brand, how long does it last before you have to retouch???
Hi, it only last about as fast as your hair grow in my opinion. My hair grows pretty fast so for me it last about 3 weeks before I the grays come back. I've seen this brand for a few years and never used it because I always used henna and my sister told me she uses it so that's why I started. I'm going to try the shampoo one and see if that works.
@@StyleLifeWithJenise thanks so much for the response, I’ve always wanted to try the henna but never did because I done want the red hues but I hear you have to mix it with indigo if you want the black results. 😊
@@flavaenhancer3908 oh you’re welcome - the kind I bought came in different colors, black brown and all you had to do was mix it with water and apply. It was so easy but they went out business. It use to make my hair so shiny. I sure miss them because I don’t want to go thru all the steps with henna. I’m so sad lol

I just found your channel u have beautiful hair what do you use to get it grow so long
hi Stacie, thank you so much. Honestly I don't do much, I believe the key is a healthy scalp. In the beginning of my natural hair journey, I washed my hair every 1-2 weeks and my hair growth took off. After I washed it I would twist it up and wore twist for about 2-3 years before I put heat on it. So a clean scalp and just find products that work well with your hair. That is honestly all I did.
@@StyleLifeWithJenise but can you recommend something for hair growth I wish my hair looked like yours
@@StacieWaters-z7u hmm only products that I use that I like is the Camille Rose coconut water line. I also use some of the shea moisture line - and I like palmers coconut butter line. The only thing that I do is wash my hair and deep condition it and sit under the dryer with the deep conditioner on it. I wash it out and use an oil and a butter and twist it up. I promise you that’s all I do. I don’t use any growth oils or make my own this or that. I will even use hair grease if I want to. I use whatever my hair likes. I hope this helps.
And your opinion is the 1 that matters
Beautiful hair 🥰
