MOMENTS - Ashleigh Gentle's Life As a Professional Triathlete

- To say that Ashleigh had a successful 2022 would be an understatement. Multiple PTO wins amongst others, Ashleigh finished off her first year racing that distance as the number one in the world. Ashleigh is a two-time Olympian who consistently performed at the top of the field over a decade of racing World Triathlon Series events and is already carrying over that pedigree to longer distances.
So what's her story? We visited her at her home town in Brisbane, where she told us all about how she got into the sport, what her Olympic experiences were like, what inspires her and how she keeps motivating herself.

7:00 - Triathlon Australia really should throw out an SOS to Ash for Paris 2024. It is clear as day, even if Matt and Jake have great days, and so does one of the Australian women, we are short of an athlete of Ash’s calibre.
Any chance of a 6-9 month late crack at making a third olympics after Worlds 70.3?
