Chana dal -1/2 cup
Tomato-1medium
Onion- 1 medium
Garlic -5-6 cloves
Ginger-small piece
Green chilly-1medium
Cumin- 1/2tsp
turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- to taste
Chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/4tsp
Asafoetida-1/4 tsp
Green coriander- a handful
Bayleaf-1
Whole red chilly -2
