We've messed around with Honoly in the past but found that it is rather clunky in Ahsha. She demands a lot of resources to be expended on field economy like token generators so at times, it clogs the field to the point that it will just turn into retire fodder. This also means you'll have a low hand most of the time so you'll find yourself taking a lot of damage and no guarding most attacks, which in that case, Honoly won't really help with your already weak defense game. We just don't plus enough in this deck as well, so you'll almost never see it, or even when you do, you'll probably wish that you saw something else that allows you to push. The CB effect also hurts its useability here too, unless it's very well timed, but again, that's pretty clunky. Although in a Cecilia deck, I would highly recommend Honoly because they generate enough hand advantage to see it or even pinpoint search it if you really need it.
It'll be an entirely different build. Sadly, this variant won't really be using her mainly because the Ahsha token doesn't synergize with how Katrina works. We need to be in the main phase to make the Ahsha token and Katrina is on stride so we can't choose to do both at once. We would have to potentially forego a Katrina turn which is miles ahead compared to the Ahsha token. Also, keep in mind that the Ahsha token isn't a plant token too. It'll definitely be playable if you just slot it in in this particular build but you'll lose a lot of mileage than a build that is dedicated to abusing Katrina.
Yep, the identity crisis for Neo Nectar has really caused this clan to fall off hard. Tokens and Bloom just don't mesh well. But here's hoping that the errata for strider Ahsha may make Bloom more relevant once again though.

Pre-banlist, it's better to not use NN at all if I am going to be completely honest. I really suggest using a different deck for now if you're really trying to win. But if they're doing post banlist, it'll take some time before people fleshes out NN with Katrina so there won't be for a bit. Best of luck on your run!
Bloom is definitely playable, but in my personal opinion, it's past their time unless we get more modern support for it. Tokens nowadays are just far superior to them. A lot of good bloom units are gb locked and/or too slow and do absolutely nothing early game as well as having lower shield value which makes it harder to survive into the late game before you can attempt any bloom plays. Whereas tokens allow Neo Nectar to be hyperaggressive early on generating free bodies on board and having much greater synergy with Katrina + Cycloned scaling. The G Ahsha errata is pretty good though since she does give Neo Nectar one of their best g3 turns and works pretty well with bloom, but again, tokens are honestly just better at this point for the reasons that I just mentioned.
@@casualzonecfv I just thought of a combo bloom and token unit since some of the later token support have turned same names of units that have bloom and you can get a token and increase the power of your units
Are you talking about V Wisteria by any chance? That card is the closest thing we have to a modern bloom unit and it's really quite good for it does. Although we need more support still because bloom is just too slow in the current game now.
Oh okay, so combining units that share the same name with token generation on the V side and bloom on G, is that correct? We have explored that too, but our opinion is still the same about it. Have you been testing this build? How does it do for you?

Yeah we can! Although it won't be this particular variant unfortunately because Katrina doesn't affect V Ahsha at all. So it would be of other builds.
