8:21 Barakat skill is not once per turn, so you can still use it skill to +1 drive...

Unfortunately it doesn’t because Barakat’s skill is until the end of battle, so the way it works is that the eugene restander sets it to 1 drive 1 crit, then the +1 drive and crit from barakat goes away, so it’s left with 0 drive 0 crit. When barakat attacks again, it gets +1 drive +1 crit, making it 1 drive 1 crit. I confirmed with a bushiroad judge that it works this way. Ik it’s dumb and I don’t think it should be like that but yeah 😅

​@@ethanho1000are you really sure it goes like that? It makes no sense, barakat resolves at the end of the battle, Oswald meets it's activation condition at the end of battle too.
Why does Barakat resolve after Oswald? Better yet, why does Barakat affect Oswald when The Purge cannot?
This is madness.

@@paulolucero9864 the bushiroad judge told me that “end of battle” skills resolve before “until end of battle” skills, so oswald would resolve, then barakat’s skill falls off making it 0 drive 0 crit. I don’t like it either but it is what it is I guess!

@@ethanho1000 from my understanding it's not the end of battle that's the issue it's the oswald's end of turn
'cuz barakat's skill is until end of battle but oswald's skill will always set the crit and drive back to 1 until end of turn

both can't get multiple drives because of oswald
but i don't understand why oswald's end of turn is stronger or can by pass overlord the purge's continuous skill
