    VRK డైట్ 27 -12 -22 నుండి 90 రోజులు తీసికొన్న తరువాత , నా ఎడమ కన్ను( +0.50 ఉండేది) పూర్తిగా తగ్గిపోయింది.

      VRK diet ఒక అద్భుతం .
      షుగర్ ఉన్న వారికి," VRK ఆహారం తీసికొనే పద్దతి "
      ఈ క్రింద రాసిన విధంగానే 90 రోజులు తీసికోవాలి. పిండి పదార్ధములు , పాలు, పెరుగు, మజ్జిగ,వంట నూనెలు అస్సలస్సలు తీసికోకూడదు , కొవ్వు పదార్ధాలు తీసికోవాలి అనేది ఈ ఆహారంలో ప్రధాన నియమం .
      { ఈ క్రింది విధంగా ఆహారం తీసికుంటే, గతంలో( 15-12-22 ) నా షుగర్ పరిమాణం( స్థాయి) FBS 182 , PPBS 334 & Hba1c 8.9%.
      ఇప్పుడు (26-03-23 అంటే 90వ రోజు) నా షుగర్ పరిమాణం FBS 100 , PPBS 124 & Hba1c 5.6%.}
      * ఈ ఆహారం మొదలు పెట్టిన రోజు నుండి , మీరు వాడే షుగర్ మాత్రలు ఆపివేయాలి.
      * ఉదయాన్నే 3 నిమ్మకాయల రసం వేడినీళ్ళతో తీసికోవాలి, లేక ఉదయం & రాత్రి ఒక్కొక్క ' c విటమిన్' టాబ్లెట్ మింగాలి( చప్పరించ కూడదు). దానితో పాటు 'మల్టీవిటమిన్' టాబ్లెట్స్ ఉదయం 1 - రాత్రి 1 మింగాలి.
      * 75 గ్రాముల వెన్న ( గానుగ కొబ్బరినూనె లేక నెయ్యి అయినా సరే) , బాదం పప్పు లేక వాల్ నట్స్ తో తీసికోవాలి.
      * నెయ్యి లేక గానుగ కొబ్బరి నూనెలో వేయించిన 250 గ్రా, ( అన్ని దుంపలు, చిక్కుడు , బీట్రూట్ నిషేధం) కూరగాయలు లేక ఆకుకూరలతో చేసిన కూర & 2 లేక 3 ఉడికించిన గుడ్లు తినాలి. ఉడికించిన గుడ్లు ఇష్టం లేనిచో, ఆమ్లెట్ వేసుకొని తినాలి. తిరగమాతలో( పోపు, తాలింపు) జిలకర మాత్రమే వెయ్యాలి.
      * మళ్ళీ మీకు ఆకలి వేసినప్పుడు మాత్రమే ,250 గ్రా, మాంసం కూర (చికెన్,మటన్ ,poke ,రొయ్యలు,పీతలు ,beef ) చిన్న టొమోటో కాయ, ఉల్లిగడ్డ,అల్లం-వెల్లులి పేస్ట్,నెయ్యి లేక కొబ్బరినూనెతో చేసికొని తినాలి.
      * మళ్ళీ రాత్రికి మీకు ఆకలి వేస్తే 2 ,3 గుడ్లుతో ఆమ్లెట్ వేసుకొని తినాలి.
      * షుమారు 1 నెల , రాత్రి పూట ఆకలి వేస్తుంది. తరువాత ఆకలి అవదు.
      * రోజులో మంచినీరు కనీసం 4 లీటర్లు తాగాలి.
      * మధ్య మధ్యలో ఏదైనా తినాలి అనిపిస్తే, గుమ్మడి, పుచ్చ, పొద్దుతిరుగుగు విత్తనాలు, తెల్ల నువ్వులు తినవచ్చు.
      * గ్రీన్ టీ తాగవచ్చు.
      ఈ VRK ఆహార నియమాలు నేను నూరు శాతం చిత్తశుద్ధితో పాటించి నా షుగర్ ని సమూలంగా పారదోలేను.
      ఇంకా సంపూర్ణమైన వివరాలకు vrk diet అని టైప్ చేసి యూట్యూబ్ లో చూడవచ్చు.
