    Lunch: cabbage, lettuce, tomato , cauliflower mozillo cheese salad
    Snacks: 4almonds and walnut

      Millets contain fibre and carbs Fiber is good for gut bacteria
      If some body insulin sensitive they can use millets
      Otherwise millets are not that good for controlling metabolic syndrome

    Life style valla రోగాలు వస్తున్నాయి. ఇండ్లు చిన్నవి ,కిండకుర్చోవడం లేదు .అదే మంచి ఎక్సర్ సైజ్ గా ఉండేది.టాయ్లెట్ కువెళ్ళడం కూడా బెండింగ్ చెయ్యడంలేదు. ఇక తిండి విషయం చెప్పనక్కరలేదు.నీరు ,తినే తిండి అంతా హైబ్రిడ్,pestisides లేకుండా ఏ. పంట పండటం లేదు. ఏదో ఒక మార్పు చెయ్యకుండా ఏమి తినడం లేదు.పాలు,నీళ్ళు,గాలి అన్ని కల్తీ..క్యాన్సర్లు అందుకే వస్తున్నాయి.

    In olden days there is no heavily polished rice and lot of physical activity. Now we are eating more refined/processed food and less physical activity.
    How many people are eating white rice?
    How many people are eating brown rice?
    Processed foods : white rice, white sugar, maida, idly/dosa made with white rice.
    Whole foods :millets, brown rice,red rice, black rice, fruits, vegetables, nuts.
    Moong dal dosa or pesarattu is good when compared to idly, dosa, puri, bonda.
    Changing lifestyle will solves many problems.

    Fat is good as long it is not high % of saturated and Trans fats. Stop idli and rice every day. Eat brown rice and in limited quantity. Add different fiber like vegetables, greens, and less carbs and pulses for protein. Portion control is the key.

    Instead of coconut oil can we use cold pressed peanut ,seseme and Safflower oils in cooking ?

      Coconut oil contains MCT medium chain fatty acids
      Other oils contain long chain fatty acids and poly unsaturated fatty acids
      MCT oils if they are virgin and cold pressed are good for health

    కొలెస్ట్రాల్ ఆహారంలో తీసికొనకపోయిననూ, కావలసినంత శరీరంలోనే ఉత్పత్తి అవుతుంది కనుక కొలెస్ట్రాల్ తీసుకోవలసిన అవసరం ఏమిటి?

      not taking direct cholesterol we're taking good amount of fats though all those are only good fats like such Such as Saturated fats. This keeps the insulin low hence the inflammation is low hence the Blood vessels not rotted hence the blacks are not formed
