Its hard to believe that you are actually going through tunnels and a section of track that was once double line all the way. To a person who sees this and does not know the Bendigo line, then I am sure they would be hard pressed to believe it was all double track. Ahh Progress and moving forward what can one say.. These locos dont have guages for engine temp, only hot engine shut down, but a short tunnel like the ones in this video wouldnt cause much issues.
