I know for a fact that in some (if not all, not sure about this) scenarios you need to succeed under 366 days in order to get 3 stars.

I think the best would be virus with the trait that lets it mutate transmissions, then work towards extreme zoonosis. The more animal transmissions you have the faster you mutate, and once you have zoonosis you literally cannot be kept out of a country by anything short of the cure.

PC Version just has a community attached to it, making new plagues. And is updated first, afaik.
Other than that, nothing else really.

I wonder if the teleportation made a country's population go high up or down in the country statics...
With zombieism, they always "Mad rush to buy tickets" and then die, ceasing the teleportation for the scenario. Slow, fast, symptoms only, zombies, high population infected, low population included... always. I have tried to be challenged by the teleportations, but so far this scenario just gives me about 100,000 free dead people mid-way through the game.
I think shadow plague with tactic "kill some humans, create net for teleportation, destroy fortress, start illness, make ill slaves, destroy labs." Also, I think that Neruax worm would be perfect, 'cause Trojans.

I got 3 stars on mega-brutal using neurax worm...started in saudi arabia, basically went all out on transmissions (only get first stage of each animal after water and air 3, sent airplanes to the teleportation destinations, evolved to worship, then got the resistances etc...
