This scenario would be interesting for Cure Mode. You would have some extra initiatives to develop artificial organs, but the downside is that once people start getting your artificial organs, you are put on a time limit to cure the disease before it evolves Hyper Sensitivity and Insanity, leading to people ripping out their organs which will lead to a spike in authority loss and an even bigger spike for fatality rate. I wonder if offical scenarios would get their own Cure Mode equivalents in the future.

Refund as many symptoms that you get as you can so that you don't get spotted any sooner than you have to, with the potential exception of Nausea if you happen to get the Festival of Love event. Start your early game building up your resistances, depending on your starting area of choice. (A lot of people recommend starting at Saudi Arabia and I agree.) Try and get Bioaerosol quickly if possible. When you do get spotted, it's okay to evolve some symptoms that slow the Cure, such as Insomnia and Paranoia, and, to a lesser extent, Anemia. Wait until you have a good presence in every country before opting for Necrosis. Also? What genes do you already have?

this is theoppisite of the bio weapen, i think you can beat this with bio weapen because lethality builds up over time and on mega brutal it does it really quick
