Good tutorial Beast. Anyone new to STW and wants to know how to do the survivor squads will definetly want to check this video out. I used autofill on an alt account fully to see how well it did, but it really doesn't do a good job. Once you start getting better things, autofill doesn't swap things in correctly to upgrade the squads and your power level will actually stay lower than what it could be. Just follow the tutorial and do the survivor squads yourself.
It definitely isn't effective
Btw guys you don't have to do ANY of canny valley or twine peaks questlines, just do the storm shield defences to unlock more squads

For the newer players! You can get survivor xp by doing the 4 player recommended missions but if you are solo then i reccomend running the rescue misions because they give good xp as well.
I've seen many people still recommend not using autofill because it's broken, but it has been fixed for a long time. It just prioritizes matching the leads to the squads, personalities across the squads, and better rarities last. That's why it has two small "flaws". It won't go with a non matching epic even though it's better than a matching legendary at lower levels, which this video explains well, and it will rely on what you level up, so focus on leveling up higher rarity survivors. It does not care about matching bonuses at all.

Im from Germany and glad that I payed attencion so far in school that i can fully understand what ur saying. Im Level 128 and accidently Deleted a Team leader that i need... Now i have to find a new one and a bunch of other survivor. Appriciate ur Video, keep up.💪
For account leveling the most efficient way to maximize it quick is doing afk endurances because of how long the waves take and also all the eliminations of the husks

I am Power Level 132. I have every Squad full with Bonus. Right now I am working on getting 2 Times Trap durability and one time Trap damage in every Squad. Except of one, because my Joel is shield regeneration and I don't want that any Slot gets wasted.

I’m finally at 16% trap durability on every squad, I’d say second best is health bonus but seriously other bonuses don’t scale at all
Idk if i am doing the right thing but on the survivor squads i just add the people that are with high level and that doesnt match personality on sqaud members, it makes my powerlevel higher than actually matching it
Is it a bug that slotting super charged survivors (or anything else weapons, traps etc.) does not return the superchargers?
If you have lower rarity survivors that’s you have supercharged make sure to recycle to get you chargers back.
I stopped playing for about a year, but still popped in to StW to up my research everyday, so I was OP when I came back to it 😆
You need 320 super chargers to supercharge every survivor to all 5 stars just in case you want to.
I still am nowhere near done with squads. I still don’t have all of them matching and I need more mythics, especially leaders. I still have a long way to go. It’s been over a year. I’m way more behind than anyone else who’d be playing for over a year. I still don’t have anywhere near every schematic in the game and multiples of each schematic for different elements of husks or whatever
You don't need any of that! There isn't a reward for anything you listed here. Just enjoy the game with the weapons and heroes you like!

I've had autofill on since it came out because I didn't really bother with stw anymore but now I'm actively playing it more than BR I needed this information
2 months later I'm still PL127 because I have no more super chargers or legendary survivors that have matched my mythic leads 😂

I wish they would fix the set bonus part I was testing stuff out and it literally did nothing. It's a unique way to play with your loadout.

@@dyln3242 he explained near the beginning of the video, that research caps out at 600 for all 4 fort stats and you need to max all of them to get to max level.
I started playing again recently and I’m a little lost but I use the ragnarok outlander that I got a long time ago and it was super fun because there was no cooldown on the ground slam ability and then like 2 weeks after and update rolled out which gave it a cooldown and it made me sad

Beast, can you please ask epic to give use STW players the option to convert and/or choose our superchargers? Once we hit our max powerlevel, all those accumulated survivor supercharges will sit there collecting dust.

How much Xp does it take to max a trap to 130 i have 3 mill friend has 1 mill xp to upgrade traps and whats best on traps
Couldn't say the exact amount of trap xp it would take, but it will take a lot to get to 130. Check out some of Beast's trap videos to figure best perks for traps. Sometimes you want to change perks, especially in endurance SSDs, as some of the perks may need slight modifications to get the best benefit from the traps.
i cant find the Research tab it doesn’t show in my game
Is that 5% set bonus still a thing? When my friend and I have messed around with the set bonuses our health seemed to drastically change as opposed to just +5 and not 5%. Need some more explanation if possible

My Close assault mythic survivor has ability damage bonus while u have trap durability, i am so unlucky :/
So and we do 2 with 3 and 1 with none or should we fallow and do 3 and 2 twos
That is only if you don’t have enough legendary survivors to match the lead personality. It’s best to have all legendary survivors in every slot matching tho
Beast in the case of having all mythic leads and legends survivors (all are matched perfectly) would you consider it ideal to recycle Mythic leads that won’t ever be needed?

Auto fill does not work it just puts highest levels in it does not match personalities or anything

I disagree with trap durability I’m a pl 134 and I’ve never had issues with traps running out in regular missions and if they do the missions pretty much over that’s only good in your storm shield endurances plus there is a hero that gives you more durability better to use those slots for damage bonuses.

Yes, all set bonuses on survivors are random, even the mythic survivors. Either you get lucky with your mythics, or you don't.

Mythic leaders can have different personalities right?
Yes. That is why there are three different mythic leads for each squad. This is to help you build the squads a bit easier using personalities that might fit the more abundant survivors you may have of a certain personality. All mythic leads have a set personality, and this never changes, so should help you hunt down the one you want.

Why aren't you using 3 ability damage bonus survivors next to your 4 trap durability bonus survivors instead of using just 3 random survivors? It buffs you ability damage by a lot.

Why is autofill so bad
It adds random survivors to squads and you get more levels for having synergy and similar attributes which the auto fill disregards
To teach you how to fill squads
They probably didn’t program the logic correctly
It does not add random survivors to the squads, it prioritizes matching the personalities and squad members, then rarity. It completely disregards matching the bonuses. It depends on what you have leveled up, which is why it sometimes is not reliable. It will not care about level, so you must level up what it puts in for it to be effective.
It doesn't give you the best squads.
