BOOO Anti-Air Tickle Trap😂 Tbf I think using it as you showcased with the combination of sniper Defenders (to focus on airbourne flinger husks) they can be pretty useful! and it seems a lot of people use tham for Anti-Propane! and nooo soundwall in the TOP 10!? blasphemy😂!
I never used ceiling electric fields I have always used Gas traps and floor freeze, just my preference. However if the mission has Tankers, then I'm not using any electric traps as wall dynamos and ceiling electric traps ignite the fat boys propane tanks and it does more harm than good. I have pretty much put together every form of a trap tunnel imaginable and my favorite will always be kill boxes in a 1x1 trap tunnel with wall launchers and sometimes even second story kill boxes using floor launchers and ramps over a wall. There is about 500 ways to make a trap tunnel. And there is no right or wrong way. I beat twine 10 with just my buddy and me back in 2018 before they changed up all the ssd spawns. I haven't played really in a long time but I use to know every path every husk would take on every ssd in twine and how the order would go based on what you had put down where. I have long forgot about that, but I used to nerd the shit out of save the world and I am getting back into it. I got level 131 when it was max in 2017, 2 months after i started playing and it took soooo much grinding and learning and this was long before level minimums for different places. I made it to twine peaks when I was level 70 or so. I don't like playing public matches for the same reason as back then, afkers and people who destroy your builds and traps cause they don't like what you did. Anyways I am getting back into the game in 2024 at power level 133, i didnt play very long after they increased max power level from 131 to what was called unlimited back the, but you can only get so many survivor supercharges so often, but i guess max is 145 right now
I had a guy spamming traps to block me in a cave when I went to go get a chest and the troll stash chest gives everyone the loot I managed to escape but then I left as soon as I got out 😂 he thought he did something
You are correct about the Anti Airs shooting propane tanks. Great to place a few in front of a tunnel along with some Sound Walls to mitigate propane related damage to the tunnels Also, I thought Tar Pits durability only got used if a player shot the tar and triggered it?

IMO the best trap in the game is Wall Spikes. no other trap in the game can, for example, kill a husky husk on it's own wall spikes will also boost your wall's hp. the 2nd best trap i believe is tar pit. it can save your wall stopping smasher, giving you/team a chance to kill big boy before he breaks through.
Only differences i would make to this personally would've been switching the positions of the drop trap and ceiling electric field, and putting the sound wall in #10, otherwise i quite literally agree with the entire list 👌

@@TheDownables WHAT? wall spikes are not bad at least for start to mid game end game obviously not the greatest and its never meant for trap tunnels but it is good for defense there's no waiting time for it to be used again so if the husk don't die the 1st time they hit it then they will die the next whereas with wall dynamo or broadside if it doesn't kill them then the husk gets like 1-2 free hits in while those traps reload
Issue with the tire trap is I'd never pick it over the electric trap unless it was on a slope or hill. I haven't tried it with with 3 tile height, nor have I seen it done that high even in Twine Peaks. I just don't have anything to put on those extra sets of expensive walls, would need floor launchers to even proc traps on the second set of walls, third set ain't getting used, maybe tall enemies can trigger the third set but idk if you can even launch them. Cannonballs would be awesome if that worked.

Yeah great vid again. Can you get epic to make it so we can have like 5 servivor loadouts. Some ppl like trap damage/durability. Some like ability damage or sword damage. But would be good to switch between them. So more servivor squad total load outs

I don't even remember to put anti air in my roofs anymore, my anti air are always on the ground for propanes, lobber bomb and they do better job there.
Do utility traps like the anti air trap or just traps that stall enemies of knock them back need to be a high level? Im pretty scarce on evolution materials and want to prioritize it on damage based traps as well as other heroes and schematics.

Correct me if im wrong but in pyramid bases i always place ceiling tire drop traps as first 10 of them 9 around 1 in center then another layer ceiling electric fields but ppl use all tire or electric fields in that build type wheels bounce on slops electric fields don't that's confusing me who is doing it wrong me or them?
Surviver bonuses are WAY less useful than you think, basically not even worth going for, but if you really care yeah what the other guy said trap Durability

I say that to preface that I can actually make more than 7 of these traps per game without fleeing the objective to go and farm in a cave somewhere.

Its weird that they dont fully say how each trap works on the schematics...like tire traps 3 tiles high, wooden floor spikes slowing 15% down, zappers 2 tiles high to only hit big enemies and the gas trap still shows affliction...and anti air and walldarts shooting range in tiles. The community made so many sheets for everything, they just could add this stuff to the game or at least refer to it somehow.
