I won’t lie, this video made me take a serious look at my game and sometimes my aim isn’t the best, but I can hit my shots well enough my biggest weakness was deciding what to do in fights and how to rotate. Zero build truly requires a different level of thinking than builds and thanks to this video I was able to make smarter choices in fights and better rotations and got a 16 kill dub thanks to this video. I was getting into so many fights back to back but made smarter choices choices, end game was the first time I ever played so slow but it was smart because everyone else ran out in the open making it easy to take the win
I think the main thing that helped me was learning how to shoot without aiming. Anytime i would try zooming in and aiming, it would give the other player an advantage from how long it took me. I learned how to do it and ever since i’ve always been carrying my team😭
Probably not for everyone because I know how annoying fill teammates can be, but playing in squad fills with no mic has helped me practice no-mic comms and I’ve gained a better sense of awareness within the game. Also the pressure of a teammate spectating you REALLY makes you think about your decisions 😂

Most likely solos. Random fill usually pairs you with some random dude who isn’t great and then you’re up against full teams of people who have decent teamwork. Probably better to go solo or find a friend to play with if you do team modes.
I would try squads or duos if you're struggling to get a win. Not everybody has the same ability and skills and some play styles are better suited to playing with others. Learning to support your teammates effectively will also make you a better solo player in my opinion

carry a flowberry or fizz. use it, then slide and jump. as soon as you touch the ground slide and jump. after every other jump you wanna use your flowberry or fizz, but you can slide jump during it. itll take you MUCH farther than a sprint at about the same speed and youre harder to hit while doing it. Can I fix my auto-fire to somehow always auto fire, even on weapons like the sniper rifle? It's not easy to hit the fire button while aiming on a phone. I always have the auto-fire option already turned on.
@@ScratchNowWithJeremy no idea I’ve never played on the phone. Sorry
I started playing with my son and have been trying to learn the game, this video deff will help me,very informative, great job
one thing i do with automatic weapons, especially faster-firing ars like the combat/tactical/warforged, is using them like a semi-auto weapon and firing individual shots, at least at mid-long range
helps me a ton with my accuracy
Been playing almost daily since the 8th day after release. Never tried that hard and watched this on a whim, I consistently get top 10s and do 90% of these strats 😂 W video
this is an extremely helpful tutorial, THANK YOU! you may have just upped my win-rates 😂
him: first slot needs to be a shotgun
his first slot: assault rifle
It made more sense to talk about the shotgun first 😭😭😭
cool tips, thank you!!
Very nice video P1xel! And congratulations on your channels new success!
Hi sir! Thanks so much for making this video! I'm really new to fortnite and this was really interesting and helpful. Also thank you for being patient and understanding that some players are new and don't know these things! I find so many players talk down a lot to new players and it was very refreshing to watch this video. Thank you!!!!!!!!!
wtf how your channel only have 2,8k subs? amazing video I like it a lot
carry a flowberry or fizz. use it, then slide and jump. as soon as you touch the ground slide and jump. after every other jump you wanna use your flowberry or fizz, but you can slide jump during it. itll take you MUCH farther than a sprint at about the same speed and youre harder to hit while doing it. Dont even have to sprint before it, just slide and jump and replenish your jump boost often
Ive been playing w my friend and noticed hes so much better than me, using some of these tips will for sure help, thanks!
