Tahinopitta is a Greek Cypriot village pastry oozing out with tashi (ground sesame paste) My tahinopitta recipe tastes like the traditional tahini pies from Cyprus, but with more flavour, flaky, flaky pastry, because of my secret ingredient (none of this bread like business everyone is making nowadays) and my technique is so easy you can't go wrong 😉
