Venus in Aquarius "is a quirky blend of future and past"... *coff* I'm training to become an immunologist and I'm very passionate about scientific research, but I'm also super into astrology, Tarot and the great spiritual traditions of the world. Feeling called out! haha
Going through your old videos, I’m very grateful for all that you share, you have such a generous heart! I love learning from you, it has deeply improved my relationship with astrology and inspired me in so many ways. I would say this is also a Saturnian-Aquarian Venus characteristic? The love for learning and appreciation for generosity/community :) Thank you always! 🙏🏼🤍
I really like Venus in Aquarius, because it's the converse of Saturn in Libra. Venus is peregrine in Aquarius for the most part, aside from having a decan iirc, but symbolically Saturn and Venus are linked in a few ways. If Venus is a desire to merge things together with one another, Saturn is isolation, and most importantly Saturn rules loneliness. Saturn in Libra (Saturn's exaltation) is all about making sacrifices for others, whereas Venus in Aquarius is where love and admiration is a matter of isolation. Venus in Aquarius is the quintessential placement of forbidden love, lol, so I think of Romeo and Juliet when I think of it. Venus in Aquarius is a very powerful theme in storytelling, but may be difficult to deal with in practice because one might feel most fondly of things that seem out of reach. It is a place where desire and affection are amplified but simultaneously made insatiable. After all, we all know how Romeo and Juliet ended. That's not to say people with this placement are doomed, lol, but they might have these themes come up in their life, and that may be something to contend with. At any rate, lol, this is one of my favorite Venus placements, and someone I loved very dearly has it, though they are no longer in my life and I miss them very much... sigh.
Just thought I'd note that I have Sun, Moon, and Jupiter in Aquarius, and my Venus is in Capricorn - so I have a bit of Saturnian energy in my chart, lol. (Not to mention Mercury and Venus conjunct DC in Cap + Saturn conjunct the MC, albeit in Aries).
I really enjoyed reading this and can definitely resonate with much of it having natal Venus in Aquarius, sun/ mercury in Capricorn. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. Made me chuckle 🤭
Well done Adam. As ever thoughtful and wide ranging. I truly love your knack for discovering the universe in a grain of sand. Bravo for the classical seven original planet approach to the beautiful light of the stars. Astrology is heading toward crisis - thru the pile-up of ALL the planetary nodes, imaginary objects, quasars, black holes, trans- Proxima B Spin resonances {yep I just made that one up}, and utter brothers, mothers, elephants, and other clutter. This means that we are not honoring the lovely lonely immense space between the original planets and stars - and the feminine principles - of surrounding and nourishing - as space does. When astrologers give three sentences each to 10,000 objects we are beginning to render biblical status to our craft -where any pro or con statement can be found to be true - because you know - its somewhere in there. Of course there is room in the big tent for everything astrological. This is simply a caution for the sexy newer than new appeal of what's the buzz? For example - Mercury seems trivialized in this !OMG! It truly presents in classic astrology the brain waves of thinking and mentation for an individual. Few things are more important than how one self - talks and talks to others. So the classical - and in my case neoclassical approach to the highest of all the arts - Astrology - needs clear and unambiguous depiction such as you quite adroitly render. Many thanks! PS: I do love my natal Venus in Aquarius.
Did you just quote Empire Records?!! My already high esteem of you just rose a few points. Also, "there is no Burning Man without the Man" is such an incredibly key concept that we too often lose sight of.
Great video as always. I remember Adam; you said to try looking at just the original planets, for “two months of your life,” lol. How did Aquarian energy go from Saturnian on-a-mission for the people, to happily-aloof, Uranian hippie? It’s a bit of an insult at times! Who made this decision? Over the invention of the COTTON GIN around discovery of Uranus?? I know Capricorn is the night expression of Saturn, with Aquarius being day. Makes some sense... But as for Venus, people do seem to think we need a long leash, or an open relationship, if Venus is in Aquarius. I’m not super looking to get married or even have a relationship (already in one from ages 20-28!). Loving being a single Aquarian. With Scorpio rising, Scorpio Mars and Pluto. Hehe. Leo moon! I certainly don’t possess the cold, ‘moving on’ mentality of Aquarius with my Scorpio stuff. Need communication; and anything less, I take it as shady. If you can’t tell me how you feel, what was the point of getting involved w me? I don’t get into these shady situations, as others seem to, bc I don’t hook up with anyone I am NOT at least PHYSICALLY into. At the most basic level...But why would anyone have sex with someone they’re not physically drawn to? I understand to get off, we’re gay men. And we’re just MEN, lol. But even if I just wanted a quickie, I wouldn’t be able to perform If I’m not attracted on some level. Sigh. I may or may not get hurt, depending how much I like the person. One-night stands may happen, but I prefer to have friends w benefits. Possibility for future love. That’s very Aquarian in my mind. Saturn hosting Venus in Aqua, saying “you are both physically attracted to each other, but like each other as friends. So this friendship has a purpose, Venus. But keep it casual too.” Hahaha. If I like someone I can continue to hook up. A crush is just a crush. Loving someone is something else. I can separate love and emotions from sex. Venus in Aquarius. I have the following celestial bodies in Aquarius: Mercury at 2°, Venus at 7°, the Sun at 6°, & Jupiter at 23°. Also notable, I have Vesta at 1° Aquarius. Fourth house (whole house). Very weird with placidus, how all of these reside in my third house, excepting Jupiter. I’m the oldest of seven kids, and Jupiter is my highest degree of Aqua at 23. Fourth house. Opposed Leo moon. The sun child? Lol. Maybe in my mind. Now I’m rambling.

The Saturn/Aquarius profile within this talk is a wonderful bonus!!! Thank you for all you do!

Thank you Adam❤️the best explain i ever heard my Venus is in Aquarius
Really enjoying this series. Thank you for your generosity in creating these and sharing gratis with the world!
15:00 According to Wikipedia, Burning Man inaugurated on June 21, 1986, when Neptune was retrograde in Capricorn and no planets in Aquarius :)
Still a Saturn ruled sign though! I'll take partial credit. :) lol jk

Really loved your comment. Aquarius/Scorpio energy is a lovely mix, and hard to match.
I’m an Aquarius venus, Leo moon, Scorpio Mars and pluto also 😅🤠
One question! If Venus is at 7 degrees Aquarius and the sun at 6 deg, is that considered combust or cazimi or something? Even with one degree higher?
Thank you for this.
Uranus is also a ruler of Aquarius, not only Saturn. That is where Aquarious ppl take all the otherworldly qualities.
Venus Aqua 8th house conjunct Saturn Aqua 9th house (Venus Aqua 6 degrees)
❤️
sideral or tropical?
My Venus is in Aquarius and my Saturn is in Pisces. Everything is backwards. What does this mean 😭.
Im the same. Cant seem to fall in love. Dont know if thats the case for you, just saying
Hope Oprah runs for President...👀🎤🎧💜
