Thanks for all this good information on Venus in Capricorn energies. Previously all that came to mind was how folks with Venus in Capricorn are often attracted to people who are older or younger like Paul Simon at first attracted to much older women when he was young and much younger women as he aged. No I can see how it affects his craft.
Thank you, Adam. Very interesting. I have Venus at 28 Capricorn and MC at 29. My Saturn is also in Capricorn (very happy there), but so is my Jupiter (probably a bit 'held back' - after my Sun and Mercury in Sagittarius...). I have always had a strong relationship to art (went to art school) but particularly to Architecture and Sculpture (people say that my drawings often look like sculptures), and although I'm also fascinated by fabrics - it's always the structures of clothing that I'm most interested in. I absolutely love ancient Greek and Roman architecture (and Neo-Classicism in all its forms - particularly the German variety). With Uranus sitting on my Asc at the moment (in my Natal chart it's in Leo in the 4th House - I've always been seen as a black sheep rebel in my family...) it may bring out the more Bjork-like side of my Venus MC conjunction!
Yes please, a series on the Essential Dignities would be wonderful. There're so many and people sometimes use slightly different words such as fall, depression, adversity; joy, exaltation, domicile... I sometimes wonder which mean the same thing or something different. Planets in profile series is great too, love your teaching.
I've noticed that Mercury will be travelling backwards and forwards in Pisces over March, sextiling all the Capricorn current planets and 2020 placements, and that Venus will be visiting them all in her forward motion over Feb, and that Mars will be trining them all over the next 6 weeks or so, and that Uranus will be doing the same over the next 7 years. I wonder if you could speak a little bit about those supportive transits to the Capricorn big portents of 2020?
