Har du nogensinde lejet boligen ud via airbnb? Og har du en idé hvor meget man kan tjene på at have sådan en som ferieudlejnings bolig :)?

Jeg har endnu ikke lejet den ud, men regner med at kunne tage ca 50€ per nat i højsæsonen.
I Andalusien er der ret strenge regler hvad angår ferieudlejning. Man skal bl.a. have installeret aircon i alle rum. Og det gælder også for Airbnb.

Hej, jeg har ikke fået den vurderet nej. Hvad angår papirarbejde er det lidt mere bureaukratisk end i DK, men værre er det heller ikke. Jeg havde dog en del papirer etc i forvejen da jeg bor hernede.
