China Then & Now Chongqing | 中国重庆 过去和现在
We go back in history to show you the massive change in Chongqing China. (添加了中文字幕)
Chongqing also known as the bridge capital of China, this commercial and industrial hub boasts more than 14,000 bridges and deep tunnels. Despite its mega-size, it's highly functional, modern and efficient, connecting people and china, where transportation is the backbone for this rapidly expanding and growing urban city.
In 1929, Chongqing was officially established as a municipality, and in 1937, Chongqing became the wartime capital of China during the Sino-Japanese war. Chongqing remained the capital of China for eight years and five months. With a history stretching 3,000 years, Chongqing has been an important political, economic and strategic centre in China's west. It is known as a “mountain city” owing to its rugged terrain and steep gorges. The rest of the country also calls it one of China's four “furnaces” as it becomes hot and humid in summer.
We have worked very hard on this project called |🎥 China's 24 Billion Dollar Ocean Flower Island | 中国海花岛. Over 75 hours of production time.

This is a simple explanation about why the West is funding millions of $/€ for anti-China propaganda and desperate efforts to destabilize China:
In the West every intelligent person knows that most Western politicians are the puppets of the 1% elite and Giga-corporations. Obviously, it is not hard to predict what will happen to the politicians and the 1% elite, in case the majority of western people will learn the TRUTH about the continuous increase of wealth and prosperity of ALL the Chinese citizens in a society without crime/without shooters/without perverts & pedophiles/without poverty, enjoying the best infrastructure in the world and free to travel abroad, whilst all those problems are presently skyrocketing in their own western country, but such problems do not exist in China.

Another GREAT video, Alex! Chinese people are the most hardworking people in the world and people in Sichuan are the most hardworking in China. Even before China's economic reform in 1978, people from Sichuan have worked on construction sites all over China. I remember clearly when I was young, people from Sichuan were fixing bikes, shoes, etc. in the streets of Kunming and the construction workers from Sichuan were building our apartment buildings in the Kaiyuan Power Plant of Yunnan Province. It's no wonder that Chongqing and Chengdu developed so fast in the past 4 decades.

Fun fact: Sichuan was founded by ethnic Lao people not Han Chinese from central plains regions.
DNA research has shown that Sichuanese people are closely genetically related to the Daic (Dai/Tai/Thai/Tai-Kadai, are actually ethnic Lao people) peoples.
Lao, or Liao formerly known as Ai Lao peoples the largest ethnic groups of peoples in the world originated from Altai mountain, Mongolia over thousands of years ago they were the original founders of ancient China/modern China they also founded Hainan island, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea, Japan, Northeast India, Burma, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, and Hawaii there are also millions of ethnic Lao peoples living in Eastern part of central Asia countries particularly in Uzbekistan they came from Southern China during a Tang dynasty theirs main Y-chromosome Haplogroup belong to O1b.
The O1b haplogroup is unique to modern Eastern Eurasian populations.
Both Koreans and Japanese main Y-chromosome Haplogroup belong to O2b.
Compared with other adjoin populations, Qiannan Hans had a close genetic relationship with central and southern Hans (Hubei Hans: 0.0002, Sichuan Hans: 0.0003, Fujian and Zhejiang Hans: 0.0013).
O1a, O1b, O2a, and O2b belong to ethnic Lao peoples.
