These guys deserve a medal for their dedication to their trade, how they can keep up this pace day in day out is simply exceptional. I love the broth based dishes, not one dish was anywhere nearly overcooked, splendid job done by every member of the team.

All these Asian cooks are so skilled and fun to watch. I never realized how hard they work!! No wonder mostly men man the wok and stove. Hot, fast, and ohysically exhausting work!!!

炒飯、鶏の唐揚げ、ラーメン、中華丼、黒酢酢豚、肉焼売、海鮮あんかけ焼きそば、天津飯、美味しそうですね。お好み焼き、豚平焼き、焼きそば、モダン焼き、焼き飯、ミックス焼きうどん、イカすじ油かすねぎ、しまちょう、レバー焼き、美味しそうですね。餃子、エビチリ、ラーメン、炒麺、中華丼、あんかけラーメン、酢豚、炒飯、鶏の唐揚げ、中華スープ、皿うどん、天津丼、玉子あんかけラーメン、美味しそうですね。天丼、天麩羅そば、カツ丼、カレーうどん、鶏天カレー、肉うどん、鶏天おろしうどん、讃岐うどん、美味しそうですね。
まさに料理人は芸術家ですね
清潔な厨房としっかりした仕込み、直接お鍋に調味料を振らずお玉で合わせてからの味付け、全てが凄く丁寧な所作に見えて感動しました。
画面から美味しさが伝わりそうなお店だな。

일본에도 이러한 형태의 중국집을 운영하는 가게가 있는 줄은 꿈에도 생시에도 전혀 몰랐었었습니다. 정말이지 놀라운 요리 실력입니다. 또한 한국의 중국집 요리와는 다른 고유의 일본의 지역적 특색도 섞여있어 남다른 거 같습니다. 정말이지 맜있어보입니다.
일본식 라멘도 시초는 일본내 중화요리점의 중화소바 입니다 지금도 중화소바라는 이름으로 파는곳이 제법 있죠
見出しが炒飯でしたが、その他の料理のこだわりと、盛り付けのセンスの方が凄いと思いました。
