Well what can you do? Bendy was attacking Sammy in Chapter 2 and he was still alive so he was able to say ahhhh as his final words. In Chapter 5 he got an axe to the head, and he wasn't attacked, he just died, and I'm pretty sure all you can say is ughh!

It is chronologically the first Lost One created by the machine, but in a rather gentle way because where the others were drowned in ink, Sammy just swallowed it by accident because a pipe broke in his office.

1 - Getting Consumed by the Ink Demon.
2 - Getting an Axe to the Skull by Tom.
3 - Getting Shot in the Chest by Allison.
For all of those questioning why he died so quickly in that BATDR scene, It's because Audrey had to restart the cycle. So some of them had to die before that happened. For example when Alice Angel dies at the hands of Allison as in the previous game. Just as Sammy must have died too before Henry restarted the cycle. Those little details of murder were necessary before putting The End on the projector that Henry finds. My final conclusion is that Sammy HAD to die to establish the Cycle.
Projectionist and Bertrum are both dead too and maybe even Boris and Jack (why would he leave his hat like that)

Out of all the characters Sammy has died the most not counting the searcher or Butcher gang or the lost ones cause they are enemies to fight as Sammy was a big deal. I am sad he didn’t get a bigger part in the game know that he was a fan favorite I wish he was in it more I fell like they tease he was In there but wasn’t. I mean Sammy did take their merchandise almost every where but I have to say I do love the fact they made a joke

Apparlently, everytime we encounter Sammy, It's identified as a "Death" scene to this guy
Well, he DID die 3 times.
Both Sammy Lawrence and The Projectionist have been proven to be able to come back after death.
With The Projectionist, he dies (optionally) in Chapter 3, (always) in Chapter 4, and (always) in BatDR.
But in Bendy's Throne Room in the Big Ink Machine in Chapter 5, you can see 6 other Projectionist Heads. So, The Projectionist CAN come back. He has several times.
Same with our crazed songwriter Sammy Lawrence.
With Sammy, he dies to Bendy, then to Tom, and then to Allison. (Bowever, according to the wiki, Allison didn't mean to kill him.)
If you count Dreams Come To Life, Sammy died to Dot too. So he's died and come back 4 times.

In Chapter 2 Bendy And The Ini Machine Sammy didn't die, but he was slapped by this demon until he fainted and didn't remember anything, so Sammy thought that it was Henry who slapped him until he fainted.
But In Game Bendy And The Dark Revival Sammy Just fell so the bullet that Allison shot didn't hit Sammy but into the floor guard Sammy stepped on so Sammy fell
The thought of The Ink Demon just slapping Sammy unconscious instead of killing him just makes me laugh.
Imagine worshipping this Demon for years, and when you get to finally meet him, you don't even have the honor of getting killed by him. It's just a *s l a p* .
