I love how they redid the ink demons design. He looks so much scarier and so much more intimidating.
And the voice they gave him was absolutely S-tier. I mean kudos to Sean Crisden for providing the voice of the ink demon.
I was so disappointed in the first version of Beast Bendy the new one was what I was expecting in the first game
@@Madhattergirl122 I wasn't disappointed per se, But I do definitely think that the version of him we see in the dark revival is an instant improvement especially how his legs are proportioned with his body and he's a lot bigger.
When I picture Bendy in a beast form that's exactly what I picture
Not to mention, he sounds like he has ink in his throat.

I've noticed that gurgling sound tends to happen when he sounds angy or frustrated. It could be the equivalent of having a voice crack

The Ink Demon’s redesign is easily the best glowup in the sequel. Now he finally looks as menacing as he was always meant to be.

I never realized that these characters got redesigned although I already know that Ink Bendy can actually move his mouth. If only they have the toons themselves actually appeared not being monsters like Bendy. I always figured about this being like Who Framed Roger Rabbit or Cool World or even Monkeybone.
Imagine the Looney Tunes, or Popeye the Sailor, or other old cartoons that were put through this

The redesign is cool but tbh I was disappointed with how infrequent the Butcher Gang's appearance was in BATDR. In the original, them slinking around the halls in chapters 3 and 5 tapped into the psych and was genuinely psychologically scary. Now in the new game we just get some cheap jumpscares but those aren't nearly as potent or psychologically long lasting.
Great game, but I was disappointed at certain things.

I feel like the new models either got better, stayed the same, or got creepier (the butcher gang is honestly even creepier now, especially piper)

It's a shame we see The Butcher Gang so infrequently in BATDR. Those redesigns went from cute and kinda freaky to really scary to me, especially Fisher. Super wide mouths and small eyes in deep sockets that are too big for them give me the creeps big time.

I like the little detail on Piper and he the old version had the pipe on his right hand and the new version has the pipe on his left hand. This is representing the “cycle” in Bendy and The Ink Machine and how some things changed because of the “cycle”.

Thanks. I prefer the newer Ink Demon, but love the dread of the original one with ink following him and darkening everything. Searchers and Lost Ones I like both, but again I prefer the darker and drippier version of the original. Alice Angel I love the original character and her design. Butcher Gang I like both versions, but their presence and story was more in the first one so enjoyed that more than the haunts that annoyed me in Dark Revival, instead of scaring me. Was good to see Henry in Dark Revival and meet Joey Drew himself. I just wish there was a way to go to his studio where he takes us, at will, because I missed collecting the book and climbing up for the secret, which made me play the whole game again haha. I think Dark Revival needs more active Linker Portlas to take us to more locations, to skip some areas like Sewers, King Window because we always have to run through them when trying to collect the Ink Heart from Little Devil's Lounge.
