Something I noticed is Audrey is hyperventilating from the sheer pain and fear when her legs are cut off. She is one of the only horror game characters to show a genuine reaction to what is happening around her.

Susie was jealous and filled with rage, Allison was only doing her job as she was hired. She might have admired who came before her for doing the job. She stole nothing from Susie, that was whoever made the decision to fire her in the first place. So to see that scene is lovely. But it’s also bittersweet. Being told the truth with no way to explain yourself after all that time? Shame.
The fact that Alison says "why this look familiar" she actually killed Alice in batim and she sorta remember that time she kill her due that she doesn't remember is because of the cycle reset

For all of those questioning why Sammy died so quickly in the scene, It's because Audrey had to restart the cycle. So some of them had to die before that happened. For example when Alice Angel dies at the hands of Allison as in the previous game. Just as Sammy must have died too before Henry restarted the cycle. Those little details of murder were necessary before putting The End on the projector that Henry finds. My final conclusion is that Sammy HAD to die to establish the Cycle.

I have a theory, the meatly said the dark revival wasn't a sequel nor a prequel I think it's a soft reboot of the Ink world where none of the ink characters remember what happened in the original ink world created by Joey Drew.
