Used to get some harrassment on my laser back in th day. If they were really annoying, a call to dnr with the video and their registration might snuff that. Generally, i think of jetskiis as being in a different dimension than i and ignore them. The kayakers and sups think we are cool. All that matters. (Sanibel 18).

@@tinycmo I occasionally have an idiot on a jet ski buzz me way too close. For the most part, they are ok on this lake. In this video it’s more of a facetious reference as it was my wife and daughter. I sail alone most of the time 🤣

Love your videos mate. I notice you're running the jib lines inside the stays. What's your experience with inside vs outside?

@@SmallCraftTasmania-ms4sx I’ve tried both ways on this boat. I think I notice a little more pointing ability with them inside but could be all in my head. With a normal sized jib, the edge of the sail barely comes past the stay so I don’t know if it makes much of a difference. Thanks for watching

Do you think. Minn kota 55 lbs thrust will push the Compac efficiently in and out of the harbor?

@@bertdownriver absolutely. As long as the wind or current aren’t too high. Mine is a 30lb thrust but I’m in small lakes most of the time. Only once was it underpowered for what I needed
